Hi, I'm Dr. Nick.
My journey with CrossFit began in 2009, sparking a passion for the sport that has shaped both my life and my career. As a teen, I competed in the CrossFit Games and have spent years honing my understanding of how the body moves—and sometimes breaks down. ShoulderRx was born out of my personal experience with the highs and lows of CrossFit, and I’m here to help you overcome shoulder pain and get back to doing what you love.
